Project inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and any business or website details you choose to provide. Inquiries are stored privately in WordPress and included in site backups, and are used to respond to your request. Authorized site administrators can read them. Email notifications may be used when delivery is configured. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit spam. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive account information.
For privacy questions or to ask about information you submitted, use the contact form.
Email notifications
Inquiry notifications are sent through Postmark to Thunder Digital’s private inbox. They contain the details submitted through the form so Thunder Digital can respond. Email open and link tracking are disabled. An inquiry remains saved privately in WordPress if its email notification fails.
